Or just come by boat and revel in the ambience of a 150,000 lights in the Forest to enjoy organic gourmet healthy and delicious pizzas & ramen (please pre-order your meal below).

Select your entree and drink. Pick it up at Nutcracker Hall and head to your reserved Shared GloDome and enjoy the magic of GloDomes.

Tickets are selling fast. Last year all our water taxis sold out quickly. 
Reserve early before they sell out as our venue is limited by the 40 passenger water taxi.

* 3:30 pm from Rocky Point; leaves Camp Howdy 7:30 pm
* 5:45 pm from Rocky Point; leaves Camp Howdy 9:45 pm

Please arrive 15 minutes beforehand and reserve ample time for parking
Water Taxis leave promptly on time.

* 40 passenger water taxi leaves from Rocky Point Boat Pier
* One hour sail to Camp Howdy
* Dress warmly with comfortable shoes ready for rain and a short 5 minute hike up to Camp Howdy (pack your heels and dress shoes in a bag to slip them on indoors)

* the Water Taxi Ride (value $42), the Tea Experience (value $20) & a GloShow (GloDome light show set to Christmas music)

* Refund Policy - all tickets are non-refundable
* Event takes place rain or shine. In the case of power outages, severe winds and heavy snow, the event will be postponed, upon which you will be able to reschedule.

WAIVER, RELEASE, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

Christmas Tea Lights Festival at Camp Howdy in Belcarra
Date of Event: November 15 to December 23, 2024

By purchasing a ticket and participating in the event Christmas Tea Lights at Camp Howdy in Belcarra (the “Event”), the undersigned Ticket Purchaser agrees to the following terms and conditions on behalf of themselves and all members of their group (referred to collectively as "Participants"):

1. Acknowledgment of Group Responsibility

As the Ticket Purchaser, I confirm that I have the authority to act on behalf of all Participants in my group, including minors and any individuals under my care. I acknowledge that each member of my group agrees to the terms of this Waiver, Release, and Indemnity Agreement.

I understand it is my responsibility to ensure all Participants are aware of the inherent risks, rules, and expectations of the Event, as outlined below.

2. Assumption of Risk

I, on behalf of all Participants, understand and acknowledge that participation in the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

A. Travel by boat to and from the dock.
B. Walking through forested areas, which may include uneven terrain, obstacles, and limited lighting.
C. The visual stimuli from lights and light shows.
D. Dining and recreational activities within and around dome areas, with exposure to environmental hazards such as weather.

All Participants voluntarily assume all risks, known or unknown, associated with the Event and activities, including travel, environmental conditions, and food service.

3. Release of Liability Across All Entities

I, on behalf of myself and all Participants, release and discharge the following entities and their employees, agents, contractors, volunteers and affiliates (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liability arising from participation in the Event:

ELC Canada Owner of the land
8 Corners Canada Provider of Event services, foods and beverages.
123 Dough Canada Provider of food and beverages.

This release applies to any injuries, damages, or losses, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

4. Indemnification Agreement

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Any actions or omissions of any Participant in my group during the Event.
Any injuries, property damage, or loss occurring to or caused by any Participant.
Any breach of this agreement by any Participant.

This indemnification applies to all related activities, including travel to and from the Event, participation in activities, and food consumption.

5. Compliance with Event Rules

I agree, on behalf of all Participants, to comply with the Event’s rules and instructions provided by organizers and staff. Failure to do so may result in removal from the Event without refund.

6. Ticket Policy

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless expressly authorized by Event organizers.

7. Photo and Media Release

I, on behalf of all Participants, grant permission for Camp Howdy, ELC Canada, 8 Corners Canada, and 123 Dough Canada to use any photos or videos taken during the Event for promotional purposes without compensation.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of British Columbia.

9. Agreement and Signature

By signing below, I confirm that I have the authority to act on behalf of all Participants in my group. I understand and agree to the terms of this Waiver, Release, and Indemnity Agreement and ensure that all Participants are bound by it.
