Pet Policy
While we love pets and have a camp dog on property (Luna) whom the dining domes are named after, the festival environment may not be suitable for them due to potential safety concerns, comfort of all guests, allergies and crowd management. This policy heps us create a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Please let us know if you require for your service animal to accompany you.

Guests with Disabilities
As a camp, please be aware that some areas of the property are not ideal for guests using a wheelchair or walker (uneven ground, wood chip cover, etc.). The dockway from the dock to camp is steep and may require holding the handrail as you walk up. The path up to the camp also has some steep sections and while beautiful, there is a shorter path up unpaved steps to the camp.

Is there a time limit of how long I can stay at Christmas Tea Lights?
Each boat has its own schedule of departure time from Rocky Point to Camp Howdy and back to Rocky Point. The boat ride to Camp is one hour each way and your average time at the Camp is 2.5 hours to 3 hours.  Departure times of your boat will be either 7:30, 8:00, 9:30 or 10:00 pm.

If you are dining in the Luna Domes or Gingerbread Teahouse, you will be given a time when your dinner starts. Please feel free to do the Tea Experience or browse around Nutcracker Hall.

Are Christmas Tea Lights admission tickets refundable?
There are no refunds for this event.

I bought tickets but I can't go to the event. Can I get a refund?
No, unfortunately you can't receive a refund if you can't attend the event.

How are postponed events handled?
If your event is postponed, your ticket will act as a rain check for the next designated date and time for your specific event. by accepting this policy you release all operators, employees and agents from all claims. The event will only be postponed due to high winds, heavy snow or power outage.
